Please read these terms carefully before you register or play at VegasNows.co.nz. By opening an account, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules below. Our brand is operated by Just Entertainment B.V., registered in Curacao under number 160603 and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/164/0246.
We may update these terms from time to time, and we will let you know within a reasonable period when we do. If you do not accept a change, you can withdraw any outstanding balance from your account. The English version of these terms always takes priority over any translation.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and your information up to date. A few basic rules apply to every player:
- You must be 18 or older, or the legal age in your country, to register and play.
- You may hold only one account; duplicate accounts can be closed and winnings voided.
- Your account is for personal entertainment only, never for commercial use.
- You must not share access with anyone, including minors.
Restricted countries
We accept players only from regions where online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to check that playing for real money is allowed where you live. If you register from a restricted country, we cannot guarantee a refund, though we will make reasonable efforts to return your funds.
Verification and KYC
Before your first withdrawal, we run a Know Your Customer check to confirm your identity and the source of your funds. This protects you and keeps the platform free of fraud. You may be asked to provide:
- Proof of identity, such as a passport, ID card or driver’s licence.
- Proof of payment showing the method you used to deposit.
- Proof of address dated within the last 90 days.
If you do not complete verification, we may hold payments or suspend the account until the checks are done.
Deposits and withdrawals
You can bank in New Zealand dollars alongside other supported currencies and cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit and withdrawal is 30 NZD, and daily, weekly and monthly cashout limits apply as set out on our payments page. Any deposit must be wagered three times before you request a related withdrawal.
Third-party payment methods are not allowed, so the account and payment details must belong to you. If a security check finds funds moved through someone else’s account, we may void the resulting winnings.
Bonuses and fair play
Bonuses come with their own conditions, and by claiming one you agree to those terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a 40x wagering requirement and expire after seven days. We do not allow bonus abuse, and the following behaviour can lead to voided winnings:
- Using low-risk betting patterns purely to clear wagering.
- Placing bets above the maximum allowed while a bonus is active.
- Opening duplicate accounts to claim an offer more than once.
- Using bots, scripts or any automated play.
Responsibility and disputes
Playing games of chance carries a risk of loss, and you accept that risk when you take part. We are not liable for losses caused by technical faults, connection problems or software errors outside our control. If a wager or payment is processed in error, we may cancel or correct it to restore the account to its proper state.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact our support team and we will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours. We investigate every case and inform you of the outcome by email. If you remain unhappy, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gambling authority.
Dormant accounts
If you do not log in for six months in a row, your account becomes dormant. While a positive balance remains, we may charge a small monthly administration fee, and we will email you before this begins. The fee stops once you log back in or the balance reaches zero.
